SAP BusinessObjects Access Controls is SAP’s suite of tools for managing the users access across an ERP Solution Landscape. It contains four primary components which each tackle a different aspect of access management issues.
RAR – Risk, Analysis and Remediation focuses on Segregation of Duties and Critical Access definition;
SPM – Superuser Privilege Management tackles the use of temporary elevated access;
CUP – Compliant User Provisioning assists to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes; and
ERM – Enterprise Role Management allows roles to be defined using the same design standards and methodology across all relevant ERP systems.
