One successful project leads to another*

As a result of this successful implementation, Turnkey Consulting and its partner were again selected by the same agency to deliver additional security solutions for its ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). The project was a wider rollout of SAP to the Finance community and across the organization. The agency was confident that the same high standards and quality would be maintained throughout the lifecycle of this second project.

Phase one of the project provided full security for SAP Financials, Business Warehouse, and Procurement (including the ECC and SRM modules), applications which are utilised by approximately 12,000 agency employees. After delivery, Turnkey consultants conducted training for the agency’s internal support team, preparing them to perform ongoing administration of the new solution.

Phase two of the project was implementing a security solution for the SAP Human Resources environment. This environment included the Payroll, ESS and MSS applications and was implemented to an additional 12,000 users.
